A star-studded night unfolded on Thursday as prominent Bollywood figures graced the Lokmat Maharashtrian Of The Year Awards in Mumbai. Among the attendees were the likes of Ranbir Kapoor and Mahesh Manjrekar, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The Bachna Ae Haseeno star became the recent winner of the prestigious Best Actor award at this year's Filmfare for his role in Animal, and was captured in a black kurta at the event. The actor warmly greeted Manjrekar on the red carpet. The Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year Award stands as a highly prestigious accolade in the state, recognizing individuals who make noteworthy contributions in various fields to the state's development. This year's ceremony, held on February 15 in Mumbai, saw the Brahmastra star, being honoured with the Lokmat Maharashtrian of the Year award for his notable contributions to the entertainment sector. The actor was also bestowed with the Best Actor Award during the esteemed event. CM Eknath Shinde gave the award to the 41-year-old. Take a look at the video below. In terms of his professional commitments, Ranbir Kapoor has a packed and demanding schedule ahead. The actor is set to reunite with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali in the film Love and War, sharing the screen with his wife, Alia Bhatt, and 'Sanju' co-star Vicky Kaushal. The production is expected to commence later this month. Additionally, he also has Animal Park in the works, serving as a sequel to his 2023 blockbuster Animal. The Wake Up Sid star is also set to star in the mythological drama 'Ramayana' and has Brahmastra 2 lined up in the pipeline.
